Justin is attending Pittcon (another conference for chemists) in Orlando this week. He left last Friday and won't be home until late tomorrow night.
I miss him :(

The One about London Baby!!
Yesterday Jennifer (my research advisor) popped her head in my office and asked if I had a passport. Why yes, yes I do. In fact I have a 4 year old but never been used passport. I got it after my best friend Misha returned from her mission to Italy and we planned a trip to go back. Unfortunately, we didn't end up going but I'm grateful that I have it now because I get to go to London!!
Jennifer has been invited to attend a small (as in exclusive) conference in Manchester in May and is taking me and another group member, Cara, with her!! I am sooooo excited. It's been a whirlwind already. We found out about the opportunity yesterday and bought the tickets today! Cara and I are going 2 days early and staying an extra day after the conference to do a little sightseeing. As Joey Tribbiani would say, "London Baby!!!!!"
Oh and another really cool thing- we're staying in a castle. Peckforton Castle. Don't hate me :)
Sorry about the not-so-great pictures. They're all I could find in a quick internet search. Hopefully I'll have even better pictures when I get back. Can't wait for May!!
